The City of Barnesville is pleased to be able to provide residents with dependable and cost effective utilities. Connecting to the City’s various utility systems is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply print out the application, fill out the application, then either bring or mail the completed application along with the applicable pre-payment to Barnesville City Hall or e-mail your completed forms to cityforms@bvillemn.net.
