Conditional Use Permit
The Barnesville Zoning Ordinance specifies land uses which are considered to be permitted as well as those which are conditional uses. If a homeowner or business is considering making a change to how they use their property, they should first speak with the City Administrator at 218.354.2292 or cityadministrator@barnesvillemn.com.
Conditional uses require a process that includes a public hearing. Ample time should be allowed to obtain the Conditional Use Permit. The city will make every attempt to expedite the process within the constraints of the ordinance.
