City of Barnesville requests residents to conserve power!

Barnesville Municipal Power is asking customers to conserve energy today during this cold weather to help reduce demand on the power grid. This request comes from (MISO), which operates the energy market and controls electrical reliability for our region. Please turn down your thermostat, close doors and vents in unused rooms, shut off all unnecessary lights and equipment, and stay warm with extra clothes and blankets. Thank you for your cooperation.
