SATURDAY IS PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE-BACK DAY

Tomorrow, April 30, is the 11th annual National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. While not a celebration, this annual event does serve a useful purpose, protecting kids, the elderly and pets from accidental poisonings, and helping to protect our water supplies. It’s a good chance to get rid of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs, so they can be properly disposed of. Barnesville residents may drop off any unwanted prescription drugs TOMORROW at the Barnesville Police Station from 8 am to 6 pm.
