CITY HAS ENTERED INTO FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH XCEL ENERGY

The City of Barnesville has signed a franchise agreement with Xcel Energy to provide natural gas service to Barnesville. Work will be starting soon on the piping and it is expected that the project should be completed before this fall’s heating season.
