Barnesville will be migrating email services for your address to a new server on the morning of Monday June 24th, 2013.
We will not be migrating emails from the old server to the new as this would cause duplicate emails in your account, however to assist in the transition, we will maintain access to the old server for a period of time so you can view your older messages in webmail. After the migration, this can be accessed by clicking here.
If you use an email client such as “Outlook”, “Outlook Express” or “MacMail” on your computer, changes to your email client account settings will be necessary. For you to receive your email after the server change is completed Monday June 24th, 2013 you must change your account settings. We are attaching directions for commonly used mail clients to detail what settings need to be changed and where to access them.
It is recommended that you print this email and the instructions for your email client if possible, so that you can have this info available to you after the migration has taken place.
