CITY COUNCIL TO HOLD REGULAR MEETING ON MONDAY
The Barnesville City Council will hold their 4-8-13 Regular Council meeting on Monday, April 8 beginning at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers.

Barnesville residents who have signed a Seasonal Waiver for Sump Pumps are reminded that the date on which sump pump hoses must be run outside is April 1st, which was yesterday! Thank you for your compliance. If you have questions, contact City Hall at 354-2292.
AREA NON-PROFIT THINKING OF OPENING A THRIFT STORE
An area non-profit group is thinking about opening a thrift store in Barnesville. The EDA is interested in knowing what you think about that idea. Give them a call at 354-2145 or send them an e-mail at klauer@bvillemn.net.

CHEVALIER NAMED BARNESVILLE EMT OF THE YEAR
Local Barnesville Ambulance Service member Dwayne Chevalier was named the group’s 2012 EMT of the Year. The award is voted on by the 22-member squad, and was given to Chevalier for his dedication and availability to help with local ambulance responses.

The Barnesville Economic Development Authority is working with an individual who plans to sub-divide this great building in the Commercial Park and lease it to businesses or individuals.
