CITYWIDE MOSQUITO SPRAYING

The City of Barnesville Public Works team will be ground spraying for mosquitoes TONIGHT; Thursday, June 11th between 7-11 p.m. Although the spray is not harmful to people or pets, you may want to go inside when the vehicle comes down your street. Spraying is always weather dependent on rain and wind speeds.

SWIMMING AREA AT BLUE EAGLE LAKE WILL BE CLOSED

REMINDER: The Public Works team will be treating the swimming area at Blue Eagle Lake for swimmers itch TODAY, June 11 at 3pm. There will be orange notice signs in the area restricting swimming for 12 hours after the chemical is applied. The swimming area will be CLOSED at 3pm.
