CITY TO FLUSH FIRE HYDRANTS & WATER MAINS: MAY 6-9

City of Barnesville Public Works staff will be flushing fire hydrants/water mains May 6-9. This flushing is done both in the spring and fall to maintain water quality by removing sediment from the water mains. This process may cause some temporary discoloration of your water. To remove the discoloration, turn on several faucets in or outside your home or business, and clear the water run until it clears. Any questions call Charlie at 701.219.5791.
