DEMOLITION BEGINS ON FARMER’S OIL BUILDING

Farmers Oil CollageToday is a bittersweet day, Barnesville’s downtown said goodbye to the old Farmer’s Oil building. Demolition began on the 75 year old piece of Barnesville’s history this morning. In its prime, the Farmer’s Oil building was the home to a full service gas station with all the bells and whistles. They provided oil changes and other automotive repairs to many vehicles throughout the years.
