CITYWIDE MOSQUITO SPRAYING

The City has made some important changes to our mosquito spraying policy. Based on this change, the City plans to spray for mosquitoes TONIGHT; Monday, June 15 from 7-11 p.m. As always, spraying is weather dependent.

Generally, in the past, the City has sprayed for mosquitoes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When weather conditions have forced us to cancel a spraying there may have only been one spraying that week.

To better serve our residents, this year Public Works will be closely monitoring the weather forecast and adjusting the spray dates accordingly with the goal to always spray 2 times each week.

If spraying will vary from Tuesday or Thursday we will post that information on Facebook and the City website by 12 noon.
