Bvillemn Users Need to Change Their Password

In recent weeks, e-mail spammers have been causing significant e-mail disruptions for bvillemn customers.

Multiple e-mail accounts have been hacked causing bvillemn to be blacklisted. When our system is blacklisted, EVERYONE using bvillemn will have problems sending e-mails to many individuals and companies. The worst part is that is can take up to 4 weeks for this problem to be corrected.

The best way to prevent these prevent these problems is for everyone to change their password every 3-4 months. Because of the recent increase in hacking we are asking all of our e-mail customers to voluntarily change their e-mail password as soon as possible.

Secure passwords, less likely to be hacked, should have a minimum of 8 characters including upper and lower case letters, symbols and numbers.

To change your password, you will need to contact the Internet Help Desk at 354-2222.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused so many customers.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter to help minimize future problems.
