Planning and zoning meets the first Monday of the month
at 6:30 pm in the city council chambers. Special meetings
and public hearings are called for from time-to-time
and are posted on the City Hall bulletin board. Click

Conditional uses and variances both require a process
that includes a public hearing. If either of these uses
is contemplated ample time should be allowed to obtain
the permit or variance. The city will make every attempt
to expedite the process within the constraints of the
ordinance.
