SOME BARNESVILLE CABLE TV CUSTOMERS MAY STILL BE EXPERIENCING SOME PROBLEMS SINCE THE SWITCH TO THE NEW DIGITAL EQUIPMENT

Attention Barnesville Cable TV Subscribers:  Although the letter which was sent last week indicated that customers using the SD cable box should experience no problems after the equipment changeover, we are finding that SOME customers with these boxes are unable to receive channels 54 and higher.  If you are experiencing this or any other problems, please contact City Hall at 354-2292 on Monday morning after 7:30 am and we will schedule a service call.  We apologize that technicians will not be available over the weekend.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and we continue to work hard to provide affordable and quality service.
