CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE INTERNET PROBLEMS DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH SERVER

The City of Barnesville apologizes for the recent internet service interruptions which have occurred. When trying to use the internet you may have received error messages such as “Page won’t load” or “Can”t find server”. The problems stem from issues with the 702 Communications server located in Moorhead, which provides the internet service to Barnesville. A new server has been ordered and should be installed within 4-6 weeks. Should you experience problems during this time, be sure to call the Internet Help Desk at 354-2222. Your prompt reporting of the problem will allow it to be corrected as soon as possible. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience – be assured we are working closely with 702 to make sure a permanent solution is in place quickly.
